Wednesday 28 January 2026 Attendance Stars We have introduced new attendance displays across the school to reinforce our high expectations for attendance and punctuality. The displays clearly show each class's weekly attendance and celebrate those classes achieving attendance rewards. This forms part of our ongoing work to promote good attendance, support pupils' wellbeing, and ensure that all pupils benefit fully from their learning time in school.

Tuesday 4 November 2025 Children in Need - 14th November 2025 The School Council invites all children to take part in a Toy Swap Sale! If your child has any toys they no longer play with, please send them in to be sold at school, with all proceeds going to Children in Need 2025.

Tuesday 4 November 2025 Poppy Appeal 2025 Remembrance Day poppies and other items are now available to support this year’s appeal. The items will be available to purchase on the playgrounds during break and lunch until the appeal concludes.

Wednesday 1 October 2025 Roker Pier Despite the wet weather, Oak Class had a wonderful trip in the school minibus to visit the newly reopened Roker Pier following its restoration.

Tuesday 30 September 2025 Eden Camp The school minibuses had their first big outing of the year as Year 6 travelled to Eden Camp in North Yorkshire. The children have been studying 'Goodnight Mister Tom' in class and learning about World War Two, so the visit was a perfect opportunity to bring their learning to life.
