 Reception Shackleton

Reception children have been learning about Ernest Shackleton - one of the first men to reach the South Pole. We learned about his journey and how he had to try so hard to overcome lots of challenges. It was so much fun preparing our own maps, packing all of the warm clothes we could find before recreating his journey in our very own 'boats'.
